I strongly believe in keeping fitness as simple as possible and as fun as possible. That’s why I make sure my PT sessions and fitness classes always have loads of variety to keep clients interested and always looking forward to the next one.
I get a real kick from seeing clients progressing and achieving things they thought they’d never be able to do, whether it be completing their first full press-up or finishing a marathon.
I’m a big believer in the mental health benefits of exercising. A workout can help you feel better physically, but it can also boost your mood, give you a sense of achievement and help you switch off the stresses of daily life. My aim is to have smiling clients at the end of every workout.
These days my focus is on running and endurance sports.
